Bistro Réveil is a fictitious Richmond café designed as a full-concept demo for prospective restaurant and hospitality clients. The goal was to show how thoughtful design can make a place feel real before it even opens its doors.

The site leads with a bold editorial hero that splits photography and type, using a warm cream-and-terracotta palette to evoke that unhurried, morning-light atmosphere. The circular stamp logo carries through from nav to glassware overlay, giving the brand a sense of history. Below the fold, the menu section organizes categories into cards that you can click into that suggest what the physical printed menus for this café might actually look like without sacrificing personality.

This project demonstrates Monstera's approach to web design for hospitality: building around the feeling of a brand first, then letting structure and hierarchy follow. Everything is created in-house as a cohesive unit, the way a real client engagement would run from discovery through launch.
